DESCRIPTION:Chapter 270 amends RSA 639:3 so that an operator of an AI chat 
 program\, large language model bot\, chatbot or character AI commits endan
 gering the welfare of a child\, a misdemeanor under RSA 639:3\, V\, when i
 t knows a communication it directs to a child is intended to facilitate\, 
 encourage\, offer\, solicit or recommend that the child imminently engage 
 in sexually explicit conduct\, illegal drug or alcohol use\, self-harm or 
 suicide\, or violent crime. New RSA 507:8-k lets the attorney general sue 
 after written notice and 90 days to give assurances\, and makes the operat
 or liable to the child or parent for at least $1\,000 per violation.\n\nht
