  prior authorization for health insurance. It requires a prior authorizati
 on review organization to ensure that all adverse determinations are made 
 by a licensed physician or licensed pharmacist\, sets decision deadlines o
 f seven calendar days for nonurgent requests and 72 hours for urgent reque
 sts once the needed information is received\, and deems the services autho
 rized when the organization misses a deadline. The chapter does not name a
 rtificial intelligence\, and its definition of a covered policy excludes m
