Questions
What counts as one of my 3 free articles?
Each daily briefing, special topic, explainer or letter for patients you open in full. The Friday letter and the podcast never count, and daily briefing stories you open from a link in our emails do not count.
What does tool watch send?
An email when a tool you watch changes grade, has a new study, a lawsuit, an FDA action such as a recall, a security incident or a price change, or when a state law on our law map applies to its category in your state. You choose the tools, and whether to get the emails, on your account page. If nothing changes, we send nothing, and an alert can be missed or late.
Is there a free trial?
Apart from a discount code that makes the first year free, there is no free trial. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of any charge.
Who can join Plus or Pro?
Anyone with a free account verified by NPI or a confirmed work email. Physician in the Loop is the seller, and Stripe processes card payments.
