DSS says it is "Connecticut's lead agency for RHTP, partnering with other state agencies to implement 30 projects," and that subrecipient "funding will be restricted to federally approved projects." It directs organizations to its program page and the state procurement portal for funding opportunities; none was listed on the program page when checked. DSS's PACE FAQ, dated Aug. 18, 2026, says a request for proposals to select an organization to run one PACE Center in the Northwest Hills region "is expected to be released in late 2026 or early 2027, pending CMS review and approval." Questions go to [email protected]. The state gives its first-year award as $154,249,105.53.
