Where the plan names technology
Iowa's plan, Healthy Hometowns, has a Health Information Exchange Initiative and says "Iowa will implement telehealth, remote glucose monitoring, and the Health Information Exchange Initiative"; telehealth infrastructure, "including hardware, software licenses, and cybersecurity upgrades," is also supported. The plan says "Facilities may invest in state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) tools, such as for diagnosis, treatment, or revenue cycle management under Hometown Connections," and its cancer initiative may pay for "AI-enabled diagnostic tools."
