For shared services under Initiative 2, the plan says "Vendors offering favorable rates to leverage the latest AI-enabled technology, with a clearly demonstrated history of success with similar-sized providers, will be prioritized."

DPHHS's FAQ says most initiatives will use competitive bidding through bids.mt.gov, where the state sought proposals for the Rural Health Center of Excellence. The grants page says "All grant opportunities will be available on Submittable." Questions go to [email protected].
