Where the plan names technology
Oklahoma's plan sets a goal to "Connect 75% of rural providers to EHR system," and its Building Health Data Utility initiative covers "improving interoperability through Health Information Exchange (HIE) enhancement" and "cybersecurity infrastructure." A Technology Cooperative for primary care and behavioral health providers would arrange group purchasing of "AI-enabled clinical documentation tools," and the Moving Upstream initiative "Leverages RPM, AI-based screening, and consumer-facing digital platforms," including "app-based conversational AI assistants."
