Where the plan names technology
The Technology & Data Modernization initiative in Oregon's revised plan covers "ASTP/ONC certified electronic health records (EHRs)," "connection to standards-based health information exchange," "remote patient monitoring and telehealth services" and cybersecurity, and lists "AI-enabled tech solutions such as clinical AI scribes, clinical decision support tools." OHA's awards page puts Catalyst Awards under that initiative at $19.1M in Budget Period 1 and $12.5M in Budget Period 2.

OHA's awards page says "Oregon expects to learn whether it will receive continued funding and the amount by November 1, 2026," and its program page says Phase 2 "includes additional funding opportunities via Sustained and Competitive Catalyst Awards," with no dates given.
